Cancellation and Refund
Cancellations must be made in writing via email to euromal2024@gmail.com. If cancellation is not received in writing, the registration will not be cancelled, and a refund (if applicable) will not be processed.
For registration, 100% of the conference fee will be refunded by June 15th, 2024. A 50% refund of the conference fee will be given until one month before the start of the conference (August 15th, 2024). No registration refunds will be made after this date; however, registration may be transferred at no additional charge to a substitute attendee.
A refund processing fee of 25€ is payable for all refunds processed.
