We will not share your data with third parties in a way as to reveal any of your personal information like email, name, etc.
Your personal information will not be sold to third parties. If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please email the Registration Manager (euromal2024@gmail.com) who will correct the information.
You may also withdraw your consent for use of your information by writing to the Registration Manager.

We require your information to provide you with information regarding the Congress and to facilitate your participation in the Congress. Information collected in respect of your proposed participation in any aspect of the Congress will be used for:

• Confirming your attendance and participation in the Congress.
• In the Attendee List published for the Congress.
• Provided to organizers of future occurrences of this Congress.

The parties who will have access to your information are the Congress Hosts, the Congress Managers, and any future organizers of the Congress.

By registering to participate in the Congress you are giving your consent to the above, for the purposes of compliance. However, you may withdraw your consent at any time by notice in writing to the Registration Manager.
